I offer comprehensive therapy services, including both individual and family therapy, utilizing an integrative approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My services are designed to help individuals and families navigate and overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and relational issues.

 

By integrating various therapeutic techniques, I provide a personalized treatment plan that draws from the most effective modalities to promote healing and growth. Whether working one-on-one or with entire families, my goal is to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build stronger, healthier relationships.

I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents, offering a supportive and confidential environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to best meet each client's unique needs. I work with individuals struggling with a range of issues.

Family

Family Therapy

I provide family therapy to support families in navigating challenges, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. Family therapy offers a space where each member’s voice is heard, and the family can work together to resolve conflicts and build healthier dynamics. My approach is integrative, drawing on various therapeutic models to best meet the needs of each family.
